Why this Tour?
France Pro Golf Tour has been very active these last ten years rebuilding the national circuit (Bordeaux Open, Paris Open, Masters 13 and Haut Poitou Open) and offers now 5 tournaments.The aim is to offer an increasingly competitive circuit, while limiting travel and hotel costs for players taking part.
How do I become a member of the Tour?
Any PGA France 2010 member is considered as a France Pro Golf Tour member.
If you are not a PGA France 2010 member, you have to fill in your application form and send it to us with a cheque for €300, or you can go on our website to subscribe and pay online.
How much does the Tour cost?
How much does the Tour cost?
€300 for membership (if you are not a PGA France 2010 member), then €300 entry fee for each tournament, with a minimum prize fund of €40,000 per tournament.
For non members entry fee is 400€ per tournament.
How much does accommodation cost?
In order to make member-players benefit of the best deals, accommodation rates are negotiated for the tour.How do I get into the tournaments?
The tour uses a category-based priority system based on exemptions. After these categories the system is first come first served.To enter tournament you must fill the entry form on our website and pay your entry-fee.
Must I enter on the tournament site?
Yes, you need to register on site or on call to the tournament office at least 48 hours before the beginning of the tournament.What is the tournament format?
The tournaments will be played over 54 or 72 holes, with a cut after 36 holes for the 40 leaders and ties + amateurs.The maximum number of players in the field is 144 for a minimum prize of €40,000 per tournament.
